A meeting with representatives of the Temu platform took place at the State Tax Service

Deputy Chairmen of the State Tax Service, Mirlan Rakhmanov and Kubanychbek Ysabekov, together with representatives of the General Prosecutor's Office of the Kyrgyz Republic and Kyrgyz Post, held a meeting with representatives of the electronic trading platform Temu.

The main topic of discussion was the registration of the platform and issues related to its operation in accordance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.

During the meeting, the parties exchanged views on the legal regulation of e-commerce and discussed mechanisms for cooperation aimed at ensuring transparency and compliance with tax obligations in the online environment.

Representatives of the Temu platform expressed their interest in complying with local legislation and confirmed their intention to register their activities in Kyrgyzstan.

Following the dialogue, the participants emphasised the importance of continuing constructive cooperation for the development of international e-commerce and the creation of favourable conditions for entrepreneurial initiative, and expressed their gratitude for the openness and willingness to engage in dialogue.
