08/14/2026, 16:51The Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan has reclassified 37.32 hectares of agricultural land from the ‘rain-fed arable land’ category to the ‘pasture’ category. The plots are situated in the Kyrchyn area of the Sadyr-Ake aiyl aimag in the Issyk-Kul district.
This concerns six state-owned plots with a total area of 37.32 hectares. Their areas are 3.11 hectares, 8.05 hectares, 7.19 hectares, 11.0 hectares, 6.71 hectares and 1.26 hectares respectively.
In accordance with Cabinet of Ministers Decree No. 529 of 7 August 2026, the state administration of the Issyk-Kul District must make the relevant amendments to the land registration documents and ensure that the plots are used for their intended purpose. If the land is not used or is used for purposes other than those intended, measures must be taken to restore it to its original condition. The resolution will come into force 10 days after its official publication.
