08/14/2026, 16:58The Municipal Property Department at Kara-Balta Town Hall has announced an auction for the lease of six plots of land. Their areas range from 582 to 8,081.8 square metres, with lease terms of between five and 10 years.
Two plots on Togliatti Street are intended for car service businesses. The starting price for the annual lease of the 582-square-metre plot is 167,616 KGS, whilst that for the second plot, measuring 812.5 square metres, is 234,000 KGS. A further four plots are intended for industrial use. The highest starting rental price has been set for a plot of 6,109 square metres at the Sosnovsky junction on the Bishkek–Osh motorway – 1.39 million KGS per year.
Applications and the necessary documents will be accepted via the Single Window of the Municipal Property Management Department until 17.30 on 11 September 2026. The auction will take place on 17 September at 14.00 in the conference hall of the Kara-Balta Town Hall. The deposit for the lots ranges from 16,800 to 140,000 KGS.
