Employees of EAEU bodies with more than two years of experience will be included in the civil service talent pool

Kyrgyzstan has expanded the list of individuals eligible for inclusion in the personnel reserve for the state civil and municipal service. The key change is the addition of employees and officials of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) to the list.

This applies to those who have worked within the EAEU structures for more than two years. They will be able to join the pool upon personal application, provided they submit it within six months of leaving office.

In addition, the pool will also include former political state and municipal employees, with the exception of local council members, under the same conditions regarding the deadline for submitting applications.

The talent pool is being formed to select candidates for government positions.
