The Cabinet of Ministers adopted the corresponding resolution on October 24.
The plots in question are located in the villages of Kirov and Erkin in the Kara-Suu district. The land is situated within cadastral districts Nos. 93, 198, 199, and 200.
According to the document, the exchange must be carried out with the consent of the owners. In exchange, they will receive plots from the State Agricultural Land Fund located in the areas surrounding the villages of Prisavay, Erkin, and Kongurat.
Once the agreements are finalized, the plots, with a total area of 47.4 hectares, will become state property. They will then be transferred to the Presidential Administration for indefinite use.
The Kara-Suu District State Administration and the Kara-Suu City Hall will organize the exchange. The State Agency for Land Resources, Cadastre, Geodesy, and Cartography has been tasked with carrying out land management work and registering property rights.
