In Osh, Premises for Business, Sports, and Warehousing Have Been Put Up for Bid

The Osh City Hall has announced a bidding process for the temporary use of four municipal properties. The starting monthly rent ranges from 2,700 to 198,800 KGS, depending on the size and intended use of the premises.

The tender was announced by the Municipal Property Management Department of the Osh City Hall.

The first lot is a single-story building in the village of Surottuu-Tash, Kyzyl-Kyshtak Aiyl District. The property has an area of 61 square meters, and the starting rent is 17,294 KGS per month. The space can be used as a sewing workshop, a bakery, or a retail outlet.

The second lot is a basement space in a single-story building located at 75 Kalmurzaev Street. It has an area of 165 square meters, and the starting monthly rent is 46,200 KGS. The intended use is for sports and wellness activities.

The third lot is a basement space in a multi-story residential building located at 48B Salieva Street. It has an area of 38.75 square meters, and the starting monthly rent is 2,712 KGS. The property is intended for use as a warehouse.

The fourth lot is a single-story steel-frame building located at 52/2 Abdullaev Street. The property has an area of 701.4 square meters, and the starting monthly rent is 198,847 KGS. The building was constructed by the investor using their own funds. It may be used for social and commercial activities.

Individuals must provide a passport. Legal entities must provide copies of their founding documents, certified by a notary or the registering authority, a standard-form power of attorney for the organization’s representative, and the representative’s passport.

Participants must also submit documents confirming payment of a security deposit equal to 10% of the starting price of the relevant lot and a commission fee of 0.5%, as well as a standard application form indicating the number of the selected lot.

Both individuals and legal entities may participate in the auction. Applications must be submitted no later than one day before the auction date. Participation is possible in person or through a representative acting under a power of attorney.
