The draft law was prepared at the initiative of the government. The document was presented by Deputy Director of the National Agency for Investment Zhalyn Zhenaliev.
According to Deputy Director of the National Agency for Investment Zhalyn Zhenaliev changes will help simplify the launch and implementation of PPP-projects - both on the part of the state and business. The bill is based on proposals from various government agencies and the business community, which were discussed at round tables.
The bill affects several areas at once - renewable energy, municipal property, fishery and real estate registration. The main goal is to prescribe who can propose projects and how the rights to implement them are formalised.
