According to the ministry, the allowance will be granted to citizens and families living in settlements located in high-altitude and remote areas that are difficult to access, as well as in certain border areas with special status. The payment is provided from the birth of the third and each subsequent child until they reach the age of three.
During the training, a new module of the Unified Social Security System was presented, designed to administer this benefit, and explanations were given on the procedure for its assignment.
Applications for the benefit will be accepted starting in January 2026, and the first payments will be made starting February 1, 2026. The monthly payment will be 3,000 KGS.
To receive the benefit, citizens must submit an application to the local social security office in their place of residence.
The ministry noted that the new support measure was introduced based on changes to the law on state benefits.
