The ‘Youth Creative Hub’ project has been run by the Youth of Osh civil society organisation since 2020. The hub is a multifunctional space combining a co-working area, an educational centre, a public space, a retail area and a leisure area.
According to the organisers, this infrastructure will help transform the urban environment and enrich the lives of young people. The main aim of the project is to create conditions for young people to fulfil their potential, so that they can develop in their home town rather than moving to the capital or abroad.
