A state-owned oil company is being established in Kyrgyzstan — the Cabinet of Ministers' resolution has already been published

A resolution on the creation of the state-owned enterprise Kyrgyz Oil Company has been officially published in the newspaper Erkin To. According to document No. 248 of May 12, 2025, the enterprise will operate under the management of the State Agency for State Property Management under the Cabinet of Ministers.

As noted in the text, the new structure is being created “to meet domestic demand for lubricants.” At the same time, the company's charter has been approved, and the State Agency has been instructed to register the company with the justice authorities.

The resolution also introduces changes to the structure of the Agency itself — the updated management structure is presented in the appendix to the document.
