12/16/2024, 17:40From January to October 2024, 7.6 thousand individual residential houses with a total area of 985.3 thousand square meters were commissioned, which is 23.7% higher than in the same period of 2023. The growth of construction volumes was recorded in all regions of the country, except Batken and Osh oblasts.
According to preliminary data, 26.4 billion soms of investments in fixed capital were utilized for construction of individual residential houses, which is 1.4 times more compared to the same period last year. At the same time, the share of these investments in the total volume of disbursed funds amounted to 14.1%, which is slightly lower than the indicator of 2023 (15.2%).
The bulk of new individual housing (74.9%) falls on Jalal-Abad, Chui, Osh oblasts and Bishkek city. In rural areas 643.5 thousand square meters of housing were commissioned, which is 65.3% of the total volume of commissioning.
