Two portals for job seekers and employers have been launched in Kyrgyzstan

Unified online portals have gone live in Kyrgyzstan Jumush.gov.kg and Find-Ish.gov.kg, through which citizens can search for jobs and employers can recruit staff. The platforms have been operating in pilot mode since 22 July 2026.

Jobseekers can browse vacancies across the country, register as jobseekers, upload their CVs and apply online without having to visit the Ministry of Labour’s offices.

Employers can post vacancies free of charge and search for specialists themselves.

The system will also collect data on the demand for specialists and staff shortages by region. This information is intended to be used in staff training and the formulation of employment policy.

Separately, the platforms will be used to help citizens returning from labour migration find employment.

In the next phase, there are plans to introduce electronic employment contracts and employment record books for the private sector.

Under the Labour Code, employers are obliged to notify the competent authority of new and vacant posts, specifying the working conditions and salary.
