Three more taxpayers have registered for the “Google tax” in Kyrgyzstan

In Kyrgyzstan, the number of foreign companies paying VAT on electronic services continues to grow. According to the tax service, three more companies have been added to the registry of “Google tax” payers: “Northwest Center” (U.S.), TRACTIA EOOD (Bulgaria), and Superbullet LLC (U.S.).

All of them registered on March 23, 2026.

Thus, the total number of foreign organizations registered for tax purposes in Kyrgyzstan for electronic services has reached 82.

As the list of taxpayers expands, budget revenues continue to grow. In January–February 2026, 369.3 million KGS were collected in VAT on electronic services provided by foreign companies. A year earlier, during the same period, the amount was 260.9 million KGS. This represents an increase of more than 40%.

This trend is linked not only to increased consumption of digital services but also to the gradual integration of a growing number of foreign providers into the tax system—including small and niche players operating in the online services sector.

The taxation mechanism for electronic services has been in effect in Kyrgyzstan since 2022 and applies to foreign companies providing digital services to individuals within the country.
