10/19/2025, 17:00President Sadyr Zhaparov signed a law ratifying a grant agreement between the Cabinet of Ministers and the Government of Qatar on the construction of an additional building for the Bishkek Emergency Medical Care Hospital.
The law was adopted by the Jogorku Kenesh on September 25, 2025.
The grant agreement is aimed at financing the construction of an additional building for the Bishkek Clinical Emergency Hospital. The construction of this building will increase the hospital's capacity and capabilities to serve patients, as well as improve the quality of medical care provided.
The total amount of the grant agreement is $9.24 million, which will be used to finance all stages of the project, including construction, equipment procurement, and provision of the necessary resources for the successful implementation of the project.
