06/02/2025, 13:08The Government has begun to abolish or simplify the requirement for the mandatory notarization of copies of documents when citizens apply to State bodies. This became known at the staff meeting of the Cabinet.
Chairman of the Cabinet Adylbek Kasymaliev said that now many people face unnecessary costs (up to 200-800 soms per document), queues and problems of access to notaries, especially in rural areas.
Within 100 days, agencies will revise internal regulations and get rid of outdated requirements related to notarization. The regulations will be amended to allow authentication of documents in a digital format - through databases and QR codes.
It is expected that this will significantly reduce bureaucratic barriers and facilitate interaction with state bodies for all citizens of the country.
