03/10/2026, 12:29The Ak-Sui aiyl okmotu has announced an auction for the lease of land belonging to the State Agricultural Land Fund (SALF). The plots are to be transferred to agricultural producers for a period of five years through a competition and auction.
Two plots are being put up for initial auction: 16 hectares of non-irrigated land in contour No. 83 and 8 hectares of irrigated land in contour No. 960. The first plot will be allocated through a competition, and the second through an auction.
In addition, repeat tenders have been announced for a number of land plots. These are non-irrigated lands with an area of 4 and 7 hectares in contours No. 11 and No. 31, as well as hayfields in contour No. 838 with a total area of 40 hectares. Irrigated land in contours No. 1024 and No. 960 with an area of 8 to 14 hectares is also being auctioned.
The starting price for participation in the auction is set at 3,000 KGS with a step of 200 KGS. For competitive plots, the starting price is 2,000 KGS. There are no easements on the proposed plots.
The competition will take place on March 30, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. in the aiyl okmotu building at the following address: Temen-Suu village, Karl Marx Street No. 4. Documents from participants will be accepted from March 13 to March 27.
The Moscow District Agricultural Development Administration also reported that GFS land can be leased to seed and livestock farms, agricultural cooperatives, and other priority entities in the agricultural sector. In particular, the competition includes 5 and 20 hectare plots of land in contours No. 83 and No. 225.
