03/18/2026, 15:51During an investigation conducted to protect the rights of orphaned children to receive land plots, the Moskovsky District Prosecutor’s Office determined that the rights of three orphaned children residing in the village of Petrovka, Tort-Gulsky Aiyl Aimag, had been violated.
The prosecutor’s office clarified that they had not been granted land plots on a priority basis, as required by law.
As a result of the measures taken by the prosecutor’s office, each of the individuals was allocated a land plot of 1,100 square meters for individual housing construction and was issued state deeds certifying their right to private ownership.
