In Naryn oblast, 700 square metres of land illegally transferred to a private person were returned to the state.

The Naryn Regional Administrative Court has satisfied the claim of the interregional department for Naryn region of the Service for Land and Water Supervision under the Ministry of Water Resources, Agriculture and Processing Industry.

According to the court decision, the decision of Chaek aiyl okmotu of Zhumgal district dated 16 September 2019, issued in violation of the Land Code of the Kyrgyz Republic and the provision ‘On the procedure for granting land plots for individual residential construction’ approved by the government decree, was declared invalid.

In particular, 700 square metres of land illegally transferred to a private person were returned to the state.
