05/21/2026, 13:09Violations have been identified in the activities of Jiu-Jiu-Xi LLC in Osh. The Chinese company was fined following an inspection by the Land and Water Supervision Service.
According to the Ministry of Agriculture, the company was carrying out illegal construction on an additional plot outside the previously allocated territory. Inspectors also found violations in the removal and storage of topsoil.
Despite a previous order to rectify the situation, the violations were not addressed. As a result, the company was fined twice – 100,000 KGS and 17,000 KGS.
The inspection was carried out by the regional office of the Land and Water Supervision Service for Osh and the Osh region. The fines were imposed for the unauthorised expansion of an allocated or designated land plot and for failure to comply with the conditions for soil removal.
The department stated that it continues to monitor compliance with land legislation.
