The new pre-school facility will be built in line with modern standards. The nursery is designed to provide a safe and comfortable environment for the city’s youngest residents.
The two-storey building, with a total area of 1,118.5 square metres, is designed to accommodate 75 children.
The building will feature a modern kitchen, an assembly hall, a medical room, sleeping quarters and a heating system. A safe playground will be installed on the adjacent grounds.
The need to build a new nursery was driven by high demand from local residents. Previously, a small and outdated nursery operated here, which was unable to fully meet the local population’s demand for places.
