In Osh, there are plans to build a pedestrian crossing near the regional hospital at a cost of 43.4 million KGS

A tender has been announced in Osh for the construction of an elevated pedestrian bridge in front of the Osh Regional Hospital, located on Pamir Street.

According to the City Council’s Capital Construction Department, the project is valued at 43.4 million KGS. The deadline for contractors to submit bids is 3 July 2026.

According to the tender documentation, the successful bidder must carry out the design work, obtain all necessary approvals and complete construction of the facility within 60 calendar days.

Participants are required to have experience in the construction of bridges and pedestrian crossings, as well as to hold the necessary licences, possess the required equipment and qualified personnel, and demonstrate financial stability.

The project aims to improve safety for pedestrians, particularly patients and visitors to the medical facility.
