Digitization of tourism services: trilateral memorandum signed

The Tourism Fund, the Department of Tourism, and OJSC Tunduk have signed a trilateral memorandum on cooperation and interaction aimed at developing digital services in the tourism sector.

The document provides for joint work by the parties through the Tunduk system and the integration of tourism services with the State Portal of Electronic Services and the Tunduk mobile application.

The purpose of the memorandum is to provide users with convenient and secure access to state and non-state electronic services in the field of tourism, improve the quality of digital services, reduce administrative procedures, and develop e-government in the tourism industry.

The parties plan to jointly develop, implement, and support digital products, exchange data within the framework of current legislation, gradually introduce electronic services into operation, and hold joint events to promote them.
This memorandum creates a solid foundation for further interagency cooperation in the field of digitalization of tourism services and promotion of the country's tourism potential.
