05/21/2025, 09:40A new feature has been added to the My City mobile app, allowing users to receive real-time information about vehicles that have been towed away or parked in unauthorised places.
Now, residents can quickly find out where their car has been moved and get the contact details of the towing service.
According to the developers, this innovation is aimed at increasing the transparency of city services and improving interaction between citizens and municipal authorities.
A ‘Tow Truck’ module has been added to the ‘Services’ section of the app. Simply enter thevehicle's registration number, and in the event of towing, the screen will display the current location of the vehicle with the exact address of the specialised parking lot.
The feature is already available in the updated versions of the app for iOS and Android. Users are advised to install the latest version of My City to take advantage of the new service.
