Tunduk app will undergo global changes - Presidential Management Department

Head of the Presidential Administration Kanybek Tumanbayev said that global changes will take place in the mobile application ‘Tunduk’ by order of the President and noted that in a year it will become the most advanced service for citizens.

‘Digitalisation is not just a trend, but a strategic necessity for the development of our state. The transition to digital technologies will not only increase the efficiency of public services, but also reduce bureaucracy and facilitate the process of interaction between citizens and the state. It is important that each state institution is adapted to modern digital requirements, and we, in turn, must create all conditions for this,’ Tumanbayev said.

He noted that the update of the Tunduk mobile application is an important step towards creating a single platform that unites all state services. According to him, digitalisation should ensure transparency, accessibility and efficiency, speeding up the process of interaction between citizens and state bodies.

‘We are creating all conditions to make the mobile application ‘Tunduk’ one of the most effective tools to facilitate interaction between citizens and state bodies. This is a big project that requires time and effort, but we are confident that its result will meet all expectations,’ Tumanbayev said, adding that temporary difficulties may arise in implementing such changes.

The main developer of the updated application is Kyzmat, a government agency under the Presidential Administration. This organisation is actively working on developing effective digital solutions for citizens and ensuring reliable operation of mobile services.
