12/30/2025, 08:57With the assistance of the Ministry of Labor, Social Security, and Migration, 25,391 new jobs were created in the country in 2025, a significant portion of which were part of the social contract program.
According to the ministry, 13,964 new jobs were created in 2025 as part of the social contract. At the same time, about 90% of the program participants are women, mainly living in rural areas.
This year, the amount of social assistance under the social contract was increased from 100,000 to 150,000 KGS. As a result, social contracts worth 150,000 KGS were concluded with 13,331 citizens across the republic.
The ministry notes that the increase in the amount of support has contributed to growing interest in the program, improving the financial situation of families, increasing their competitiveness in entrepreneurial activities, and more actively involving the labor and property potential of citizens in the economy.
Participants in the social contract implement business projects mainly in the agricultural sector, which accounts for 77.7% of all initiatives. Projects are also being developed in the service sector (8.9%), manufacturing (7.3%), and trade (6.1%).
In addition, to develop entrepreneurial initiatives, program participants can receive interest-free loans for up to three years in the amount of up to 200,000 KGS. In 2025, 1,101 participants in the social contract received such support.
In addition, 10,716 jobs were created this year as part of the organization of public paid work aimed at improving the social infrastructure of the regions. Another 711 jobs were created in the provision of personal assistant services.
