A new healthcare facility costing 5.4 million KGS has been opened in the village of Tamchy

A new family doctor centre was opened in the village of Tamchy, in the Toru-Aigyr-Tamchinsky aiyl aimak. The facility is intended to provide medical care to local residents.

Construction of the building began in April 2026. Funding of 5.4 million KGS was provided by the ‘Smart Generation’ public foundation.

The construction work was completed in a short space of time, and the new medical centre was fully prepared for operation.

The opening ceremony was attended by the project’s sponsors, the leadership of the Issyk-Kul District, representatives of local authorities, medical staff and villagers.

Speakers noted that the new facility would improve conditions for the provision of medical care and enhance its accessibility and quality for the village’s residents.

With the building now in operation, more convenient conditions have been created for residents of Tamchy village and the entire aiyl aimak to receive medical services in a timely manner.
