07/14/2026, 12:56There have been personnel changes to the Board of Directors of OJSC ‘Keremet Bank’. This is stated in a press release from the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange.
The term of office of Bakytbek Israilov, a member of the Board of Directors, has been terminated early.
Ruslan Saginaev has been elected to replace him. The decision to terminate Bakytbek Israilov’s term of office and to elect a new member was taken at an extraordinary general meeting of the bank’s shareholders on 9 July 2026.
The term of office for the new member of the Board of Directors has been set at four years.
The statement notes that neither Bakytbek Israilov nor Ruslan Saginaev hold any stake in the share capital of OJSC “Keremet Bank”.
