07/25/2025, 11:43The Talas Regional Office of the National Bank has brought two citizens to administrative responsibility for conducting foreign currency exchange operations without the appropriate licence.
According to the regulator, they were engaged in currency exchange in violation of the requirements of current legislation. In accordance with the norms of administrative law, each of them was fined 17,500 KGS.
We would like to add that earlier, on 18 July, the regulator imposed fines of 55,000 KGS on two exchange offices in the capital for violating the requirements of the legislation and regulatory legal acts of the National Bank.
