Large-scale modernization of power lines is planned in Talas region from March to October this year. Talas enterprise of electric networks will replace 3.3 thousand porcelain insulators with glass insulators on overhead lines of 35 kV (VL-35kV).

In addition, as part of the repair activities will be carried out top inspection of supports, inspection of contact connections of wires, as well as cleaning of the routes of power lines, including cutting down trees and trimming bushes in the protection zones.

In addition, it is planned to replace wires on the 110 kV (110 kV-110 kV) Semetei-Pobeda transmission line, regular rounds of high-voltage lines and thermographic inspections.

All these works are aimed at improving the reliability and security of electricity supply in the region, as well as ensuring a stable supply of electricity to the residents of Talas Oblast.
