Over the next 1-2 years, the authorised capital of the GEC will grow to KGS 100 billion

Within the next 1-2 years, the authorised capital of the State Mortgage Company (SMC) will grow to KGS 100 billion. This was announced by President Sadyr Zhaparov at the ceremony of delivery of flats to the GMC, held at the address: Chyngyz Aitmatov Avenue, 102/1

According to the head of state, at the moment the capitalisation of the company has already exceeded 80 billion KGS.

‘In the coming years, we plan to fully transfer GIK to independent financing and increase the country's housing stock. If our plans are successfully implemented, providing citizens with housing will not become a burden for the state budget, and the company will continue to fulfil its tasks at its own expense,’ Sadyr Zhaparov emphasised.
