The Jogorku Kenesh is to introduce AI for handling citizens’ enquiries

The Jogorku Kenesh is introducing a digital reception centre incorporating artificial intelligence – citizens’ enquiries will be processed more quickly and entirely in electronic format.

Marlen Mamataliyev, Speaker of the Jogorku Kenesh, inspected the preparations for the upgraded public reception centre.

Plans are in place to introduce AI, digital document management and the option to submit enquiries even in audio format — the system will automatically transcribe them into text. Comfortable facilities will also be created, including areas for mothers with children.

The Kyrgyz authorities are stepping up their efforts to digitise public services and improve the quality of service provision to the public.
