04/09/2026, 09:43The State Committee for National Security of Kyrgyzstan announced the arrest of a private notary from the Balykchy Notarial District in Issyk-Kul Province. According to the investigation, she forged the signatures of homeowners and executed real estate sales transactions without their involvement.
The detainee is a private notary named “K.Z.Z.,” born in 1983. A criminal case has been opened against her as part of efforts to combat corruption in the legal services sector.
According to the State Committee, the notary acted intentionally and for personal gain. The investigation established that the signatures of the parties were forged in the documents when real estate purchase and sale agreements were drawn up.
The transactions were conducted without the knowledge or actual participation of the legal owners of the property. Thus, the owners could have lost their real estate without even suspecting that such transactions had taken place.
As a result of these unlawful actions, one of the victims was unlawfully deprived of ownership rights to the property belonging to him.
