06/04/2025, 14:07As part of the VII International Forum on Public Procurement, held under the slogan “From Complex Problems to Simple Solutions,” the launch of a pilot project for a new public procurement web portal was officially announced.
This portal, developed by a state-owned enterprise under the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic, aims to modernize the procurement system and increase its transparency and efficiency.
Sixteen organizations are participating in the pilot phase, including ministries, departments, and local government bodies that plan to conduct at least 15% of their procurement through the new digital platform. To ensure the successful implementation of the portal, the working group approved key regulatory documents. These include a list of goods and services to be procured, the system's operating regulations, and an implementation plan.
Particular attention has been paid to the security and legal validity of electronic transactions, for which national electronic digital signatures are used — the Tündük and Kyzmat platforms.
