01/30/2025, 11:15Today, 30 January, at the meeting of the Jogorku Kenesh deputies considered the issue of consent to the appointment of Azamat Zhamangulov to the post of Minister of Digital Development of the Kyrgyz Republic.
During the discussion, deputies asked a number of questions related to digitalisation and the work of the Ministry. MP Dastan Bekeshev drew attention to the inefficient integration of the Sanarip aimak system with the Tunduk SMEV.
‘It is necessary to streamline the work of these systems,’ he emphasised.
MP Mederbek Aliyev suggested introducing a system for citizens to assess the quality of public services provided. MP Bakytbek Maripov raised issues related to simplification of mechanisms for repayment of fines and improvement of public services.
MP Balbak Tulobayev clarified the candidate's professional experience in the IT sphere and the level of digitalisation in the republic. Alisher Kozuev asked questions about the country's vision and digitalisation programme, the development of the Tunduk interoperable telecommunications system and the MegaPay application. Akbokon Tashtanbekov drew attention to the need for digitalisation of archival documents in aiyl okmotu.
Following the discussion, the Jogorku Kenesh agreed to appoint Azamat Zhamangulov as Minister of Digital Development.
