Textileration Acceleration Program Launched with Support from the Swiss Government

A new acceleration program Textileration, aimed at supporting sewing enterprises in Chui oblast, was officially launched in Bishkek. Urmat Takirov, Director of the Kyrgyz Export Center, took part in the opening of the program.

The program, organized by Accelerate Prosperity gas pedal and funded by the Swiss government, provides an opportunity for local textile companies to improve their professional skills and production processes.

Following a competitive selection process, 22 companies were chosen from more than 170 applications and will have access to training, personalized mentoring and tools to enter new markets. The main goal of the program is to improve production efficiency and marketing support, which is especially important for successful textile exports.

"Textileration is not just an accelerator program, but a support ecosystem that helps apparel companies not only master modern technologies, but also build strong brands. This will help attract new customers and partners, which is the key to success in international markets," said Aizhan Alisherova, Head of Acceleration and Technical Support Programs.

During the program, participants will work with leading industry experts, improve business models and explore new sales channels, which will improve product quality and strengthen competitiveness.

We are glad that the interest in the program is so high and we are confident that it will help entrepreneurs not only to increase the efficiency of production, but also to enter international markets", - emphasized the Head of Economic Development and International Cooperation of the Embassy of Switzerland in Kyrgyzstan Renaud Vuignier.

The textile industry is one of the key sectors of the Kyrgyz economy, making a significant contribution to exports and job creation, which makes the industry important for the socio-economic development of the country. The Textileration program will be a significant step forward for local producers, opening new horizons for their growth and international expansion.
