07/07/2026, 14:37The state-owned enterprise ‘Kyrgyz Madaniyat Service’ has announced a tender to select a single operator for the food zones at the 6th World Nomad Games. The minimum rental cost for the five venues is 25 million KGS.
The winner of the tender will be granted the right to organise the operation of food courts at the event’s five main venues: ‘Kurmanzhan Datka’, ‘Rukh Ordo’, ‘Hippodrome’, ‘Nomad’ and ‘Kyrchyn’ (Ethno-Village). A total of 145 trading outlets will be handed over to the operator.
The winning company will be required to install tents, furniture and equipment at its own expense, and to provide water supply, sanitation services, waste collection and internal security. In addition, the operator will need to develop a standardised design code, operating regulations and a service quality control system.
For their part, the organisers will provide external security for the venues and connect them to the electricity supply.
Companies with experience of implementing large-scale projects in the HoReCa sector or event management are eligible to participate in the tender. The operator must also be able to assemble a team of more than 200 people to work at the venues.

The 6th World Nomad Games will take place in Kyrgyzstan from 31 August to 6 September 2026.
