11/06/2025, 11:16At an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of OJSC Airports of Kyrgyzstan held on 31 October, a decision was made to increase the number of outstanding shares through a seventh issue of ordinary registered securities totalling 11.48 billion KGS.
According to the decision, the company will issue 27,065,652 ordinary shares with a par value of 424.07 KGS each. The shares will be placed in a closed form among shareholders registered at the end of October, in proportion to their current shares. The shares can be paid for in cash or property.
The placement is scheduled to begin the day after the state registration of the issue with the authorised body and will end 30 days later. The issue will be considered successful if at least 80% of the shares are placed.
This decision continues the company's policy of expanding its share capital. It should be recalled that in October, the investment company Freedom Broker conducted the first digital placement of Kyrgyz Airports shares in the history of the Kyrgyz stock market, selling more than 9.6 million shares for 4.08 billion KGS.
