08/12/2025, 11:57Transactions involving Mbank shares accounted for more than 60% of the total number of transactions on the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange on 11 August. A total of 37 transactions were conducted on the exchange the day before, 23 of which involved ordinary shares of the bank.
A total of 114,946 securities were sold as part of the transactions. Considering that Mbank has almost 3 billion (2 billion 707.5 million) ordinary shares in circulation, the share of securities sold is 0.004%.
In total, the transactions with shares brought their owners 1 million 390.9 thousand KGS. The cost of shares ranged from 12 KGS to 13 KGS per share.
We would like to add that, as of today, the market value of Mbank, taking into account the latest transactions, is estimated to be in the range of 32.49 billion to 35.2 billion KGS.
