Kainda-Kant shareholders to consider transferring social facilities to Kainda City Council ownership

The Kaindy-Kant sugar factory will hold an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders on 30 September. This was reported on the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange website.

The event will take place in the city of Kaindy.

The agenda will include three items. In particular, shareholders must approve the composition of the counting commission and the amount of remuneration for the board of directors based on the results of work in 2024.

In addition, shareholders must decide on the transfer of social and cultural facilities — the House of Culture and the kindergarten, which are on the balance sheet of the enterprise, to the municipal property of the Kainda City Hall.
