09/10/2025, 15:51Work has begun on excavating the foundation pit for the main five-star hotel at the Ala-Too Resort in Zhyrgalan, Ak-Suu District. This was reported by the company.
The total area of the facility is 156.6 acres. The boundaries of the site were specified by the state-owned enterprise Ala-Too Resort on 6 September this year.
In the near future, it is planned to start construction of other resort facilities — additional hotels, VIP cottages and modular houses. Earlier, in July, 49 lots were put up for auction, of which 14 winners were determined. All of them went to local investors.
At the same time, infrastructure development is actively underway in the resort area. The foundations for the cable car supports have already been laid, and construction of roads, water supply facilities and sewage treatment plants is continuing.
