Binance is ready to assist with the launch of the digital KGS. The president met with a representative of the company

Kyrgyzstan is preparing a new electronic currency — the digital KGS. President Sadyr Zhaparov met today with Binance's global marketing director Rachel Conlan to discuss how technology can help make money in the country convenient and modern.

A demo version of the digital KGS is already operating in test mode. In the near future, it will be tested using real data, and later it is planned to link it to the new digital asset KGST, which is pegged to the national currency, the KGS.

Binance, one of the world's largest crypto companies, is ready to support Kyrgyzstan, helping with promotion, training, and the creation of a digital ecosystem.

The visit of Binance founder Changpeng Zhao this spring attracted international interest. At that time, the founder of Binance became an advisor to the president on the development of digital assets.
