Polar Ice LLP became the winner of the public-private partnership (PPP) project ‘Construction and management of a resort complex’ on the site of the former boarding house ‘Architect’. The decision was made through direct negotiations in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.

The project is aimed at creating an international resort available for recreation all year round. The complex will include hotels of different categories, SPA and rehabilitation centres, active recreation zones, restaurants, as well as modern conference halls and business centres.

In addition, the project envisages infrastructure development, including modernisation of airports, roads and engineering networks, which will improve conditions for tourism and create new jobs.
