01/29/2026, 12:45Kyrgyzstan ended 2025 with significant growth in state budget revenues, according to the budget execution report for January–December. At the end of the year, total state budget revenues amounted to 669.5 billion KGS. This is almost 206 billion KGS more than a year earlier.
For comparison, in 2024, state budget revenues amounted to 464 billion KGS. Thus, the growth for the year exceeded 44%.
Tax revenues remained the key driver of the increase in revenues. In 2025, they reached 461.7 billion KGS, while at the end of 2024, they amounted to 349 billion KGS. The growth in tax revenues exceeded 112 billion KGS, or about 32%.
The State Tax Service once again made the main contribution to tax revenues. It contributed 304.3 billion KGS to the budget, compared to 225.9 billion KGS a year earlier. Another 157.4 billion KGS was provided by the State Customs Service, compared to 123.1 billion KGS in 2024.
The republican budget in 2025 also showed a noticeable expansion of the revenue base. Its revenues amounted to 611.9 billion KGS, compared to 416.9 billion KGS in 2024. Local budget revenues increased from 68.5 billion to 75 billion KGS.
