The main contributors to inflation were food products and non-alcoholic beverages, which increased in price by 1%. Alcohol and tobacco products rose in price by 0.8%, non-food products by 0.5%, and tariffs for services to the population by 0.7%.
The maximum price increase was recorded in the Batken region — 1.3%. This is primarily due to the growth in tariffs for services, which increased by 2.6%.
In Bishkek, the most noticeable price increases were for food, non-alcoholic beverages, alcohol and tobacco products, which rose by 1.4%. In the Jalal-Abad region, the highest increase was recorded for non-food products, which rose by 1.2%.
