09/06/2026, 13:49Kyrgyzstan’s state budget revenue in the first half of 2026 rose by 48.8 per cent compared with the same period last year. According to data from the Central Treasury of the Ministry of Finance, they amounted to 455.5 billion KGS.
In absolute terms, revenue increased by 149.5 billion KGS. State budget revenue, including proceeds from the sale of non-financial assets, amounted to 47.4 per cent of GDP.
Budget expenditure over the same period also rose significantly – by 151.1 billion KGS, or 1.6 times. In total, the state spent 396.7 billion KGS, which corresponds to 41.3 per cent of GDP.
Thus, at the end of the first half of the year, budget revenue exceeded expenditure by approximately 58.8 billion KGS.
