02/26/2026, 15:14In 2025, 3,619 inspections were carried out in Kyrgyzstan in the field of environmental and technical safety. As a result, more than 10,000 violations were identified, causing damage to the state in excess of 130 million KGS.
Each inspection resulted in a report, with a total of 3,619 documents issued. Inspectors identified 10,666 violations of environmental legislation, of which 7,777 were rectified after 1,981 orders were issued.
Despite this, 4,879 violations were recorded. The total damage amounted to 130 million 961 thousand KGS.
Reports were drawn up on 4,547 cases, with fines totalling 73 million 710 thousand KGS. By the end of the year, 66 million 145 thousand KGS had been collected, representing a collection rate of 89.7%.
In addition to fines, lawsuits were filed in 474 cases of environmental damage, amounting to 57 million 251 KGS. Taking into account cases from previous years, 35 million 341 KGS were collected, which is 61.6% of the total.
The largest number of violations was recorded in the areas of wildlife and atmospheric air, with more than a thousand cases in each category. The most significant damage was related to land resources, amounting to almost 49 million KGS.
