This was announced by EU Special Envoy for Sanctions David O'Sullivan.
The EU currently applies a price cap on Russian oil. It was recently lowered to $44 per barrel. According to the diplomat, Russia's oil and gas revenues have fallen significantly in recent months.
The issue of a complete ban on maritime services is being discussed and will be brought up for coordination with G7 partners in the coming weeks.
