08/26/2026, 16:16The National Bank of Kyrgyzstan has set the official foreign exchange rates for 27 August 2026. Compared with the rates on 26 August, the euro, the tenge and the Chinese yuan strengthened against the KGS, whilst the Russian rouble weakened. The US dollar exchange rate remained unchanged.
The US dollar exchange rate remained at 87.4500 KGS.
The euro rose from 102.0235 to 102.0585 KGS. The European currency gained 0.035 KGS, or around 0.03 per cent.
The Russian rouble fell from 1.0429 to 1.0414 KGS. The fall amounted to 0.0015 KGS, or about 0.14 per cent.
The Kazakh tenge rose slightly — from 0.1907 to 0.1908 KGS. This represented an increase of 0.0001 KGS, or around 0.05 per cent.
The Chinese yuan also strengthened, rising from 13.0091 to 13.0123 KGS. This represented an increase of 0.0032 KGS, or around 0.02 per cent.
