Since the start of the year, the Guarantee Fund has helped businesses secure over 5.6 billion som

Since the start of 2026, OJSC ‘Guarantee Fund’ has issued 621 guarantees totalling over 1.6 billion som. As a result, entrepreneurs have been able to secure over 5.6 billion som in loans.

Abay Bakirov, Head of the Guarantees and Product Development Department at OJSC “GF”, spoke on Radio Sputnik about the results of the fund’s work and new opportunities for businesses.

According to him, 82% of all guarantee support has been directed to the country’s regions, and 66% of guarantees have been awarded to projects in priority sectors of the economy.

The Fund pays particular attention to supporting women entrepreneurs. By the end of the first quarter of 2026, women accounted for 32% of guarantee recipients.

New guarantee products – ‘Kelechik’, ‘Unaa’ and ‘Yldam’ – were also presented on air.

OJSC ‘GF’ noted that it continues to expand international cooperation, attract investment and introduce modern financial instruments, including ‘green’ financing mechanisms.
