06/11/2025, 15:04Today the SCNS launched a special operation “Illegal-2025”, which is aimed at identifying foreign nationals who violate the country's migration laws.
Despite the grace period provided for legalization of legal status until June 10, foreigners who ignored this opportunity were detected.
The detained migration violators were taken to a filtration center and handed over to officers of the Service for Combating Extremism and Illegal Migration of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic for further proceedings.
The State Committee for National Security urges employers and inviting parties to take measures for voluntary departure of foreign citizens staying on the territory of Kyrgyzstan in violation of the law.
The SCNS reminds that enhanced control in the sphere of migration will continue and violators will be prosecuted in accordance with the law.
